Incoming calls are "Unknown" and WiFi problems

Hello! I have a sony ericcson xperia neo. I have two problems with it:

When i receive a phone call, it always shows as "unknown", its been like this for one or two months now. It is a huge problem for me because i never know who i am answering the phone & when I cannot answer the phone on time I dont know who called me, cannot even see the number. My contact list is ok.

I have another problem with the wifi, when I turn it on it works (i get my whatsapps, can use the browser...) but it always disconnects itself after 2,3min (the wifi widget still looks like connected) but it does not actually work, i have to turn it off and on again, so it will work again for a few minutes. Sometimes in the middle of a conversation it gets disconnected and i have to restart it again.....

I hope someone can help me with this!
Thank you so much!

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

The first issue sounds like you don't have the caller id service enabled in your subscription. I recommend that you contact your operator and check so that they have enabled caller id for you.

Have you tried restarting both the phone and router?

If restarting them doesn't help, could you try your phone with another network to see if there's a problem with the phone? I can't think of any setting that would cause this.
