if i update my phone to ics 4.0, is its whole screen touch camera click for capture a pic functionality will remian or not?

Hi,

I have sony xperia neo v phone. I have found the icecream sandwitch 4.0 update for it. In the current version of OS i.e 2.3.4 gingerbird i can capture the photo from my mobile camera by clicking anywhere on the screen. So if i update my mobile Operating system from android 2.3.4  to 4.0 ics , will this functionality will be availbale in 4.0 or not? Because i have seen a video , given on sony mobile update sites, in which they are showing that there is a button available for capturing a pic.Please provide suggestion.
