ICS update problem

Yesterday I was notified by PC Companion that an update for my Xperia Arc is available, but the process stucks in "preparing computer for software update". The progress bar moves 2 inches and nothing happens. Everything is responding and I receive no error messages.

P.S.

I have tried it at 2 computers.

Try to use this

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

                  or

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/

Both the links are same
