Hi,
PTCRB Certified == ICS update already developed and tested to check if working with standards of mobile operators (correct me if wrong :smileyhappy:).
Then Why SONY is delaying public release of Update?? Anyone please throw some light on this....

Only thing is Waiting for Really BUG-FREE Update from Sony..
Hope they wont disappoint us this time.....
The Sony's android 2.3 version that comes with xperia U is (by my experience) very buggy, so ICS could be a god's send or a disaster. Only thing I can say is I'm really hoping it will be (reasonably) bug free, and for that I'd rather wait for another month or so than get an os that's just as buggy as stock Sony's gingerbread
@mik i hav a p and the ics build on the device has been the most stable of all the builds released till date ! so rest assured that the update to ics will nt be as bad as it was during the gb fw updates !! the only cause of concern to me would be that if the interface would nt be as smooth as on my p since the ram available is just 512 !! bt dnt worry if miro and tipo can run ics , on ur u it should run butter smooth !! plz mark helpful/correct if u find useful
