I'm sorry, Unknown error program, will exit

That message Keeps popping up every 2 seconds at the bottom of.my screen irrespective of what app I'm running.I've tried resetting phone but that hasn't helped.It first started appearing after I uninstalled a few apps from my phone to save space.

Eureka, I found the problem...it was caused by an update to the called mobile care.after I uninstalled it the annoying message disappeared... Hope this helps others out there..
