I connected my xperia u to pc companion but its not showing any option to connect to internet

I just brought xperia u and when i wanted to connect to internet on pc, and i connected it to pc companion but there in no option for connecting to internet...

With the information supplied, I suggest that you perform the following within the Xperia U,

Menu > Settings > Wireless & Networks > Tethering & Portable Hotspot > Tick Portable Hotspot or USB tethering.

From here you will be able to setup Phone as modem.

Menu > Settings > Wireless & Networks > Tethering & Portable Hotspot > Tick Portable Hotspot or USB tethering.

From here you will be able to setup Phone as modem.
