I cannot change music tracks on my SE neo v using headphones...

Is this a problem of headphone functionality ? or android 2.3.4 ??

press the button 2 times to play next track and three times to play previous track
u have to press the button really fast

press 1 time to pause/play
are u not able to do this thing ??
