I can't take screenshot on my WT19i(updated to ICS)

I just updated my WT19i just an hour ago, and then i tried to capture a screenshot by pressing power buttong and volume key down at the same time. but it doesnt work. any help or suggestion?

thats what i did, but i cant still take screen shot. i dont know why, i thinks its a bug. btw, is your phone also WT19i?

Hi, this should work on the Live With Walkman running on ICS.

Please make sure you are holding down both keys at the same time until you feel the handset vibrate.

i only did press them at the same time, but didnt hold them. thanks anyway :smileygrin:

I was also not getting it.. bt finally I found out that u dont have to press n hold power + vol dwn for secs... quickly press them together.. n u will get a screenshot.. keep trying.. once u do it.. u will get used to it
