How to switch back from android 4.1 to 2.3 w/o root

unfortunately I did upgrade my neo v to android lelly bean 4.1

and it is very slow

How can i switch back to 2.3 with out rooting ?

Where did you get Jelly Bean for Neo V? I heard people are waiting for ICS .587 and you are on Jelly Bean? How come?

And how did you do that?

but there is a problem ; the light sensore Features are  not working
