How to set it so it will be on [Manual] defaultly?

After a recent update  when i turn on my camera it is set to [Superior auto] defaultly
- how to set it so it will be on [Manual] defaultly?
- is there a way to set the image resolution in [Superior auto] if it can't be changed?
