how to return from ICS to original in neo v ?

hello

first iam poor in english

android 4 is fantastic but there are many problems after update to it in my neo v .

the video is very bad,my device became not fast and light sensor for screen light not found .

i updated my device to android 4.0.3

android 4.0.4 solved these problems ?

if you want to downgarde to android 2.3.4, you have 2 options

1) take it to a repair center

or

2) manually downgrade
