How to remove downloaded video cache from "My videos" ?

Hi, I bought a Sony xperia P recently. It has got ICS as default. I tried download some videos from internet. Some of the videos are "BAD". I guess you would understand what did I mean. I deleted all the videos and cleared my broser Cache. Hoever the information of those video with is saved on the "My videos" with thumbnail. I can not clear the details no matter what I try. Does anyone of you know how to clear the cache of "My videos". I really hate that app. I don't want that app/gadget  anyway. I already got humiliated because of that app.

You can delete the thumbnails with a file explorer.You have to go to DCIM-.thumbnails and there you can find all the thumbnails you need to delete.
