how to install ics?

today only i came to know about the ics update......when i checked in net its said that use pc companion to update.....so what should i do??? just connect to pc and click update in pc companion??? please help

right now am installing using sus.....while downloading it stopped 3 times in between...still downloading....

ya it stops and then continues, as long as the net is ON, the connection is fine, its alls OK.
