How to get Android 4.0 on my new Live With Walkman Phone?

I wanna upgrade my Live with Walkman phone to android v4.0 from v2.3?

Could you Plz tell me the Procedure?

Hi, first you need to install PC Companion or Update Service to your PC/Laptop. Here's the download links for both, your choice to use either one ....

After installation, launch any one and follow on-screen instructions. Don't worry, it is pretty simple, just take your time to read and follow those instructions.

Make sure you have your USB cable ready.

Almost forgot .... ICS is not released for Live With Walkman yet.

Yeah i already have a PC Companion Soft on my Laptop!...and yeah a usb cable to..

I usually use to connect my phone to check if any update is there but it shows your device is up to date.which means (as uhv said) ICS is not released.....
