How To Flash A Custom ROM?

I can't find it it's gone from a couple fo days.... and how can flash a custom ROM?

you know what, I think there are users that are doing this "reporting abuse" for fun is that possible?

I've changed the title of the thread as we went too much off topic. I have one more question on flashing custom ROM for example CyanogenMod. When do I have to flash the kernel after installing the CM or before flashing and installing the custom ROM? If I install CM can I go back to ICS stock ROM? By installing the ICS manually do I lose the warranty?
