How to downgrade from ICS if not satisfied?

Greetings to Sony for the ICS roll out. Yet I havent upgraded my phone as I am waiting for more reviews to come on all aspects.

One doubt.. In case I am not satisfied with the performance of my phone after upgrading to ICS, how can I downgrade it back to Gingerbread? Just trying to play safe.

it's safe, but make sure to backup your current firmware, or you can take it to a sony repair center
