How to charge SP's battery correctly?

According to operation manual, I can charge battery at any time. That mean i can charge without battery low. according to manual it is not harm to battery, But some people says charging without battery low is harmful for battery. I want to know what is correct option. Opration manual or other people?

Li-Ion batteries can be charged anytime,in fact,it is recommended that you charge them often.Also,do not let them fully discharge,because you expose them to a danger of not being able to recharge them to full capacity.

Is it have overcharge protection (that mean charging over night) Is it harmful? Can you give me some tips to use my battery for long time without replacing it

If you keep the battery charging even after it reaches 100%(full charged),there is no problem.They do not charge after reaching full charged state.I suggest you to charge often,never let the battery fully discharge(always connect to charger when the battery is between 10-20%).

Over charge?.... My new phone 2-3 days ago buyed and first time to full charge. Watch the Voltige and no battery icon becouse the system ui not contain icon over 100%
