you can NOT, if the phone is or was locked to a carrier/network branded it will not be possible to unlock the bootloader.

you can not change it at all, carriers request this to be locked, the only way to unlock it is for your carrier to agree to unlock it then it will notify sony > then you will have to take your phone to a Sony repair center to get it unlocked
