How much RAM does xperia u have?

mine only shows 368 mb on every app i use like antutu go launcher etc etcand my memory is only always about 20 mb free. Please help me guys.

But whats about 512 MB ram?? Ram all time around 80-120mb of 368 MB.. I closed apps and cache apps but nothing hapen after some times its again reach same position of 80-120mb..

Can anyoune suggest me how to fixed it to 120 to 150 mb for all time?

disable apps that you don't need

settings > apps > all > select and app and disable it, why do you want to have 120-150mb of free ram?

Because i am afraid if ram going down to below 50MB then what will be situation of my xperia U?? i am die hard fan of sony so that's why i don't want to loose my new phone even i bought this after using K320I.
