How much ram does Xperia U actually have?

Hi,

Most of the 'main' websites indicate the U has 512 ram, however when you read though more they indicate 1gb.  When I run AnTuTu benchmark I get a ram of 737!  So what is right?

Xperia U have 512 MB, and 368 MB shown in phone..try original process... Go to settings->Applications-> Running services..:smileywink:

You def right thanks.  Funny how various sources and a fairly reputable benchmark system come up with dif results.  Just out of interest my U scores 5345 on AnTuTu bench.
