Heating up and lags

Hi, my phone sony xperia s is heating up about 45 C i dont know is that ok ? Also i have problem when the phone is warming i have lags on my phone... Should i go to service center in my country ?

That doesn't sounds Normal to me.....

Does it gets toooo hot to hold it comfortably ??

Reinstall your software to see if there is any change and if the problem exists go to service center to have it checked

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
