Hey, i've bought a XSP an i tried to use my oder in ear headphones(i got with my, 10 mini pro) but it didn't work. Is it able to lat them work???

There are some compatibility issues between some devices and some headphones.Try newer headphones.Can you insert them correctly in the 3.5 jack?

Yeah they fit like a normal headphone.
