I bought a hdmi to vga converter:

And the picture is ok except the monitor is saying frequency is wrong and it should be reset (and I do not know where to reset it)
But more strinking is that there is no sound - not through the monitor or throughthe speaker of the xperia nor from a mini jack out.
Can anyone help please?
Is theer any software to alter the frquency? And what about the sound?
