I don't know about anything.. So want to know from beginning...

After that i want to install this rom..

I don't know anything about kernal version, flashing , boot lorder such things.. plz help mee.

That link you posted does say to use Doomlord method and a simple search on XDA would have brought up Doomlord rooting method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2417672
