GPS problem in xperia pro.

i've recently done foctory reset. when i use google map, though the gps is enabled it does not detect my place.

This problem started just after factory reset ?

maybe the settings to enable aGPS have been changed...

settings> location and security> mark "use wireless and networks" and then mark " use gps satellite..

Then switch on wifi or data traffic( if you have data plan) and see how your GPS works

hey thanks dude... the 2nd time i follwed your instructions it worked perfectly... but i have a question.. is it necessary to mark "use wireless and networks" in order get location?

Yes, only to enable aGPS ( assisted GPS)

It helps to detect your location faster
