Facebook photos profile doesn't update in contacts

hi there

i being trying to sync my google contacts with my facebook on the new update ICS update in the xperia s, but this seams not working totally fine.

after sync my google contacts i linked them with my facebook and till there not problem, but the profile pictures never upload after this, tried facebook xperia, facebook normal application and every way around but not luck.

i got 2 xperia s at home and both of them got the same problem, having x10, arc and xperia gingerbread in the past  i think i got enought knowledge of how this should work as i did it millions of times.

someone has a solution??

If you still have the problem if contact pictures showing after you sync to facebook, you can try this.

open up your Fb app and go to your friends list. Let it load all the friends pictures.

then check your contacts again. The pictures should be there. May take some time tho, approx 10 to 15 minutes.

also, maybe check in the accounts and sync for both facebook and facebook for xperia and ensure both are syncing. you can turn it off after.

glad to help mate. seems to happen with the latest fb app and had me scratching my head for days before accidentally stumbling on this workaround
