Your bootloader is unlocked or you are using a custom rom and PCC etc is probably saying update failed and words like you are using modified software, You need to relock your bootloader if using a stock rom or using flashtool manually flash an FTF file

How do i relock my bootloader? I have already changed back to the stock rom using the Emma software some months ago. Even though they stated that the bootloader will remain unlock. How do i relock my bootloader?

Download this https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-yM_qnM8ZPRekl3bGxreC1qb0E/edit?usp=sharing

Now assuming you have Flashtool installed and the driver is installed place the downloaded file in the Firmware folder located on C: Drive Flashtool - Follow this guide http://www.xperiablog.net/2013/05/30/install-jelly-bean-to-your-xperia-s-using-flashtool-tutorial/ except where it says choose the Firmware FTF you choose the Relock.ftf file once done your bootloader will be relocked but bear in mind this will not give you back Bravia engine because your DRM keys have been deleted

Thanks very much Thommo. I will get the Bravia engine back after upating my phone to Jelly bean?

No sorry it's because once you unlock your bootloader the DRM keys get deleted - These have something to do with Bravia engine and the ability to download track information for your mp3 files - Bravia engine still works using the Gingerbread firmware but ICS and JB have lost the ability for Bravia engine to work
