downgrade to ICS

hi all i am on jelly bean and i didn't like it because of the bugs and lags so i want to downgrade to ICS can anyone tell me step by step how to do so and what programs i need thanks

Most would use this version Xperia S_LT26i_6.1.A.2.45_Global_Generic

So ignore the upgrade title downgrading is the exact same process

i already seen that post but didn't understand anything there are a lot of files and videos!!! 0.o

pleeze can u post here all what i need and only the videos i need because i am lost just pleeze paste the link of the frimware ( ICS) and a tutorial on how to do so

where to download the firmware and the flash tool i must buy a premium acount isn't there a direct download link
