Downgrade from Android 4 to 2

Hi, after the upgrade to Android 4 in my X-Ray, I could not do a screenshot pressing the on/off switch and volume key. I sent my pone with to the Tech service and they downgraded the phone to Android version to 2.3.4 which was the original one the phone came with 6 months ago. Is this normal? I just got it back and when I opened PC companion it asks me if I want to upgrade the operating system. What shall I do as I don´t want to be without my phone for two weeks again!!!!.....

Is all this normal?...

you have an alternative option, which is manually update to the latest 2.3.4 build number 4.0.2.A.0.62

Hi my phone says Android version 2.3.4 as I mentioned it in the first message and the build number is 4.0.2.A.0.62.

But surely that is not the latest Android version as in Sony´s blog says that now all their Xperia range can update to Android 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich), so what can I do?
