Doubt regarding update to 4.1.B.0.587

Hi I have currently Build 4.1.A.0.562 on my phone. And I have rooted it. Will I lose the super user permissions and have to re-root if I update to 4.1.B.0.587 using Update center ???

You would loose the root access only if you update through PC COmpnaion or SUS
