Does Android 4.3 solve Screen problems ?

Hey guys . I updated my SP yesterday with android 4.3! Undoubtedly , It works really fine in most of the categories like Power management , Performance and ... . I myself has sent a post about a solution of  top part of screen problem . But again I'm facing with the problem and it can not be solved anyway .  What I'm really shocked about is that the top part of screen doesn't work even with this version! It really depressed me :smileysick:, so I want to find out the solution to solve this annoying mistake ! I hope it is not hardware problem which can not be solved easily .

touchscreen problem is there with my device
I'll post here after update (now I think it's time for consumer court)

4.3 have fixed all touchscreen issues
But other issues got even worse :-SS

The 4.3 update doesn't resolve the top part of screen issue. Unfortunately.

YEs , U are right . Although the GHost Touch is solved ,but top part of screen does not work yet!

Sadly, the 4.3 update does not fix the top-of-the-screen problem. I've had the screen problem since the end of December-early January.. I really hope there is a fix for all of us that are suffering with this problem because I got this phone for Christmas as I thought it was a really good phone but sadly, with this, Sony has made me feel let down.

i dont experience any screen problem but the advice i can give is to back up data , factory reset and repair via sony update service

sony is releasing update for 4.3 ,hope that will solve ur issue
