Display problem in NEO V

Hi I am experiencing  display problem since last two days with my NEO V, check the top bar appearing and the top right hand side some words appearing constantly also when i slide the screen a blue red scratch like marks appears on the screen and also the phone lags considerably.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

tap on show cpu usage on developer settings.

Correct what nolramlb mentions, you most likely just activated one of the developer options.

Petter - Ever since I have upgraded to ICS my phone is lagging quite considerably, it takes almost 5-8 seconds for apps to appear on screen. Please provide any solution to this.
