Disable/remove mediaserver or camera function

Again mediaserver deleted ALL photos and videos, so how do I disable/remove mediaserver, if thats not possible how do remove the camera function.

Running 6.0.B.3.184 or do I use flashtool to go back to .162

that's odd, there's something else going on there, it'll be great if you post screenshots of this battery drainage

you know how

charge your phone 100% use it normally or in this case leave it overnight > in the morning check the battery status > take screenshots of the list, graph and each item on the list

No it's not a app as such, I understand it to be an android function which want to get rid of it for two reasons 1) it consumes battery (40%) after a overnight charge I'm left with 60% or less and battery is gone with a 6-10 hours, 2) it seems to delete photo and movie media.

Googling it appears that it gets into a loop when accessing media files, I never noticed it before the .184 update.

edit I've decided to go back to the .162 fw

Will do if it happens with the .162 fw which I've flashed backed to, it happened about two weeks ago which was just over a week earlier I'd upgraded to .184. I've had the phone just over 2 months and not had problem until recently. I hoping that by reverting to the .162 I'll solve it, and that when ICS arrives I'll skip .184.

If it does occur I'll post again with screen dumps, thanks for the help
