Hello, i need help asap!
There was a notification when i was online told that i could upgrade my xperia arc to 4.1
I did it, but suddenly the connection got error and the software update failed.
I had to say that i have an important appointment so i canceled the update and plugged out the cable out of my phone.
The problem is when i turn on my phone, it seemed like nothing inside my phone.
please anyone who can help my problem, because i usually do my tasks in my phone, and i dont want to lose all my contacts in my phone
does my phone have no software? if yes, how can i get it back?
as soon as possible
thanks

can you elaborate a bit more on there doesn't seem to be anything on the phone? are you talking about your apps, sms, mms, etc or the phone doesn't turn on completely?

I mean, after i turn on my phone, SONY logo appears
after a while an icon of mobile phone and warning logo appears, i think my phone doesnt have any software installed after canceling the update.
and then it is off, what should i do?
when i connect to computer, sony pc companion recognizes my phone only as sony / sony ericsson phone.
it doesnt recognize my mobile phone as Xperia Arc (LT15i)
