Developer Opinion is missing in the settings

After I make my phone into factory restore...
The (developer opinion) option above the About phone is missing...or deleted i don't know what happened....
Please help me how to recover the option back...

Hi balabharathi148,

Do the following to bring this back.

Menu > Settings > About phone > Tap on Build number 7 times

Once done Developer options will be avaliable
