Contacts won't appear

Hi! Can anyone help me? My contacts won't appear on my phone book even after I import them from my internal memory. Also, when I checked my messages, all of my contacts were already registered. I don't want to update my phone again for the fear of losing EVERYTHING.

Thanks in advance! Hopefully, someone would answer me. Getting a little desperate here.

phonebook > menu > filter > check SIM card or internal memory or google
