Connection to PC - USB/bluetooth modem tethering

Win 7 or 8 both x64 can´t recognise nor will allow my PC to connect to the internet throught the phone...how come?

I have 2 unrecognised BT devices that are from the phone...will he get FULLY working drivers? Current drivers are worthless and useless

I spend most of the day traveling and i need the phone to allow modem services via BT or USB!!!

Can someone help me plz? I'm just about to offload this phone. I need a WORKING equipment. This is becoming VERY annoying.

PS - My old school (dumb)phone Nokia c2-02 allows connection through USB and BT without ANY problem. Are this Android limitations?

PPS- Sahme on you Sony! Released drivers this far are an absolut flop!!!

I can't promise any functionality on Win 8 but on Win 7 it should work using USB. Try reinstalling PC Companion and connect the phone to another USB port on your computer. Then go to the tethering options in your phone and enable USB tethering.

If it still won't work you can get guidance on how to setup by contact your local support team.

Thanks!

it took a bit longer and some more re-installations (intel inf update) to get it right...but i did get it right!!!

But honestly i had a part in this problem...because it seems this phone will only alow tether when connected through USB. Bluetooth is a no no!
