Connecting to PC issues...

Okay I have had my phone for about 2 weeks now, and I simply love the phone and all its capabilities, but there's one problem. Ever since I got the phone there has been the problem of me connecting to a PC. For example when I got my phone it was GB, I have had the issue of updating to ICS of which I used my MAC problem solved, but most of my music is on my PC and when I try to copy the music using Media Go, I have to wait almost a hole Hour to just let the phone create its thumbnails, I thought okay well its the first time its doing this... Until I plugged my phone out and plugged it in and did it again..... I decided not to go that route and try inserting them directly into the SD card's media / music folder and it started out at a good 15 minutes which was okay for the amount of music I was copyin over then turned into 6 hours .... and then not responding then crash... I'd like to know why is this occurring and if there is a fix PLEASE help me out here... I intend to get pictures from my phone without waiting 30 minutes on 3 pictures that = 8MB. Also I saw an update in the media go, and tried 3 times to install it all of which failed, I uninstalled PC companion reinstalled it and all of its features and it still gives these issues. please Sony, I love your phones and softwares and apps you put into them and from all my other apps I had from you guys this is the first I am ever getting these issues.

Please respond / email  / leave a comment A.S.A.P thank you.
