complian regarding sony xperia u

Dear sir/mam,

After waited for 10days I have received my phone back after that when i have
switched on my phone & checked it than i found that on the name of solution
of my problems which was mentioned in my previous mail your service center has
just updated my phone to ginger board from ics,its really disgusting &
never expected these things from you guys, Sony is a multinational brand which is
doing these things on the name of solution of problems of customers, this means
you don't have any solutions for your own product and you are hiding yourself
from your responsibilities. When i sended last mail to you then i got a call
from Mr. Alok (Sony head ,Jaipur ) & he promised me that he is taking care
of my problems regarding phone and he holded my phone for 3 more days in
service center and searched on problems after updated the phone to ginger board
then how could you find the root cause of problems when the problems were in
ics and you are searching in gingerboad then how can you find and rectify the
problems after that when i again reached to your global service center scheme ,Jaipur
& i Requested them to update it to ics again, then they rejected my request
& told me that they don't have proper version of ics is available and it
will come soon which is i am listening from last 10 months but till now they
don't have proper version of ics is available and even they haven't told me any
month and year that they will get it on this month or date, before this i have
updated my phone to ics 2-3 times through your global service center, Jaipur as
you can check it in your record but now after raising the issue regarding my
problems your service center has rejected my request an told me that you have
to update it yourself through pc companion it means that your product is not
supported to ics then why you have mentioned in advertisement and promising to customer’s
that it is updateable to ics at the time of selling your product and now when
customers are raised issue regarding problems in ics then you have stopped the
service center to update it into ics,boss it’s not the solution of problems, it
is the way of dissatisfying your customers, it’s not making believe it’s making
don't believe on Sony, which is your tagline, you know very well the difference
in between ginger board and ics,if i was using ics from last few months and i
am user-friendly to ics and it is very useful for me as a management person
because most of my official work i am doing through phone and your ginger board
will not support many applications and formats also as well as i am not
comfortable with it than i have to compromise with it and i have to use the
gingerboad,can you please tell me if you are paying a 16000 rs and purchasing a
phone on name of brand and you find many problems in that products then what
are the benefits of a name of brand there are many options with customers in
the market with the same amount there are many better phones are available but
on believe of brand name i have purchased this phone but now i have to
compromise with its quality i was never expected. If i talk about your service
center employees feedback regarding update to ics at yourself through pc/laptop
suppose if any customer has no any other option to update it through computer
or laptop then how can he /she will update it, it needs pc or laptop ,high
speed internet connection and pc companion software as well time. If your
service center will not update my phone to the ics version then why you will
promise at the time of selling your product that your service center will
update it to latest version, what the hell is this, if you are not able to
solve my problems then why don't you directly tell me and accept it that you
don't have proper solution of these problems which i am facing with your
product,plesae directly give me in written that you don't have any solution of
these problems after which i can take further action, please don't hold or
awaited me on the name of solution of problems as soon as possible as my
warranty is also ending in upcoming month then after that i know you will never
take it as your responsility for solution of my problems. Just i am waiting for
your quick response please takes it on priority basis.
