Command bug on screen after ICS update

Hi everybody
3 days ago i updated my Xperia arc S from gingerbread to ICS with sony update service,
and now i am getting following command lines running on my screen...it shows diffrent command with opening of different applications.

pls help me to solve it.

go to settings > developer options > uncheck them all or just turn it off

i was getting this funny command line at the top of the screen on mine

and every time i touched the screen it left colored lines or dots all across.

ur solution resolved myy issue too!
