charging xperia arc

my xperia gets warm when charging the phone,is there a problem in it or its ok,         

and also give me some tips for charging my phone.i.e, at wat percent left should i charge the phone,and upto wat time i should charge it,and when my battery is charged for 100%(it shows like that),it keeps on stiil charging,upto what time should i continue charging

it won't make much of a difference, so w.e. works best for you, if you use it all the time, like I do, then keep a charger handy at the office, home, school, etc.
