charging problem

Hi, I bought live with the walkman a month before. There is a problem with charging the phone it takes nearly 4 hours to charge the full battery and the charge not even stands for 12 hours. How can the issue get resolved?

if you are charging your phone through a computer it will take longer (a lot longer) than using the wall charger

also, turn off your data plan when you don't use it, turn off wifi, bluetooth and lower the brightness, that will extent your battery life. remember it the battery gets hot it will lower/affect the battery life.

But I dont know why my battery gets hot and takes more time even in wall charger also.

how are you charging your phone? it's normal if your battery gets hot during charging or use, what I meant was, if it's a really hot day and you leave your phone inside a car or if you keep it on your pocket etc then it will affect the battery life

I usually charge via wall charger when I work in my computer I will connect it via USB to charge the phone.

if you are using the wall charger, it should not take 4hours to charge it, do you have any other micro USB cable?

I have been using only sony USB cable came along with my phone.
