Charger

Hi, I want to know the exact output values (amperage & voltage) for Xperia SP charger. I'm using another charger with 1A output, but the problem is that the touchscreen doesn't work correctly when pluged in. Is there any danger with using it?

My Sony charger is rated at 850mA, so 1A is enough so as not to overload the charger.

The voltage, however needs to be 5V. I'm guessing it isn't.

I've used a Kindle charger with no problems, but if in doubt it's best to stick with the stock charger.

Bear in mind that if you fry your phone with a 3rd party charger, it almost certainly won't be covered by the warranty.
