Changing back to defult keyboard

My stupid keyboard changed to the japanse one on the weekend.
I really like the defult one and want it back but can't find where to reset it / change it.
This is what I want back!
Can anyone help??
No looking to download a new keyboard app, just want orginal back

just tap on the input box > long press on the input box and select input method

guess the jap and chi. boards can't be taken off the phone because they are default oh well..

Anytime

there is away to delete them but you have to root your phone then use titanium backup to remove it
