Cant transfer music to my phone(xperiaST18i)

Title says it all. i use mediaplayer, it finds my sdcard and starts to transfer but nothing comes up in the musiclibary on the phone. The phone is updated and brand new.

After updating the phone i got around 10songs to the phone, but i have no clue how.

tried it and it didnt work, when i connect the phone to the computer i can find the music on the phonecard... strange.

how about just copy/paste the albums from your computer directly to your SD card?

are you mounting the SD card and then you copy the files from your computer -> open the SD card -> Music -> paste the music?

Yes still no music on my phone, strange that 15songs got in randomly after android uppdate 4.0.4

Tried with around 50songs

that doesn't seem right, try a different USB connector on your computer and if possible another computer

I will try another computer later today, tried with 2 different cables.
