Cannot update

My phones Build Number is 6.0.B.1.564 but when i try to update it using PC Companion or Wifi it tells me your software is upto date. What to do?

I am trying to use the update service but on step 2 it doesnot check the software version when i hold the volume down button and connect the micro usb to the phone. It just starts charging the phone.

Is your phone recognised by the application?

It is recognized by PC Companion but no response on Update service

You can try disabling your PC's firewall/antivirus and see if that helps. Otherwise, try it on a different PC.

I tried on a different computer and it worked but it also states that you have the latest software and if you are experiencing any problem than you can update it.

Android Version: 2.3.7

Baseband Version: u8500-480202-R1G_EC14

Kernel Version: 2.6.35.7+

Build No.: 6.0.B.1.564

and the latest build is 6.0.B.3.184
