Can´t use Google Play Store on Live with Walkman

Hey,
I think today came a new Update for the Play Store.
Now when I start the Store, it closes always.
I cleared the Cache and installed a older Version of the Play Store, then I can start it, but after 10 Seconds it closes again.
I hope you can help me.

I can't think of anything else except factory reset or software repair///

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts, apps)

first try to do a factory data reset in settings and if the problem existed then follow below=

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

Hey, Slightly_smiling_Face

Try clearing data
settings > app> manage app > all> android market/google play > clear data

If problem still exists then uninstall updates as well

Go the way same as above and uninstall updates... again update your google play

See how it goes Slightly_smiling_Face

Thats odd..

You even uninstalled the updates ??

what errorr does it shows ( if any)

Yes. I deinstalled it complete and installed an older version, but it crashes, too.

There is no Error, only that the Process terminated unexpectedly.

Edit: If I turn off the Internet (W-Lan and Mobilw Internet) it works. When I turn it on, the Play Store crashes immediately.

Just like Nabeel mentioned above the problem seems a bit strange.

To be able to solve it I'd suggest you to try to update your phone with the latest version of software. You can easily do the update with Sony PC Companion, available for download on the below.

In PC Companion just start the section called Support Zone and follow the given instructions of how to do the update.
