I have an st18i which I updated to ICS through PC Companion a couple of moths back without any hitches. I just noticed that a new build update was there for my phone so I tried updating. But for some reason, after I PC companion prepared my computer for the update and asked me to switch off my phone then reconnect with the down volume key held, it does not proceed. I tried completing the update through SUS as well but the same problem occured. When it asks me to connect my phone with the down volume key held, nothing happens. The LED on the phone turns green and stays that way but the update does not proceed. I waited for over an hour.
Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions as to what I could do?
