can't root xperia play after update

I update my phone from setting/about phone/software update now my version is 2.3.4 and firmware is .69 now how can i root this firmware?

You can't root it until you flash an old kernel

either from .42 or .58

You first need to flash an old kernel, then root it and flash back the kernel from 69 update

From where i download the old n rootable kernel? N how cant i get flash tool n how can i flash?

Okh then first of all backup your current firmware

Just follow the green lines here, ( how to backup firmware )

After backing up your firmware

read this guide carefully -

In the given thread, read the topic how to root 4.0.4, and in that read how to flash just the kernels. ( step 6 )

Once you understand it get back to me

What you need to do is

Download 0.42 firmware, flashtool

Don't do anything, just be ready with the knowledge and stuff

reinstall your phone software using sus

First of all to root, you don't need to  unlock bootloader at all

and yess you could flash .42

Flash 42 and root your mobile and upgrade it using the update center app of mobile
