Call sensor problem

Dear Xperia care,

I have Sony Xperia Arc S when I call someone...and remove my phone from ear I can't see the screen that is I can't use my dial pad to end the call or some otherthing....is this sensor problem???...so pls help me techs out here.

Is there anything near or on the proximity sensor? it could be a protective case, film, etc

Nothing is blocking near or on the proximity sensor. I don't have any protective case, film or  etc...

i tryed this application it is working fine no problem. But when i make a call or recive the not able to disconnect the call and not working display and any keys.
